Website: A W.I.P

So check it out, it's being updated every so often, however it's currently just an image with no interaction ability ^^; Anywho, get those suggestions in now, I won't be around all night -_-

And now the render test.

Product Labeled - For Jesse

Here you go Jesse. Anymore questions, contact me.
I've sent the presentation. Please check your inboxes (if it's not in one of your email addresses, it's probably in a different one so check them all).

For tomorrow, please dress up a little bit so that it looks like a "business presentation". Ie: I am wearing a blazer with jeans. Please do not wear a hoodie or something. Let's all look nice and uniform and professional.

:)

Sorry if I'm being really task-masterish. I just really want to get this thing over with.

PS: We're presenting first. So be prepared to go and be on time to class.

:)

Hello peoples

OK, so I'm almost done the powerpoint presentation. I'm just waiting on Mike to send me his stuff (*Looks at Mike meaningfully*). When I'm done, I'll make sure to email it to y'all. Please make sure that you read the notes in the powerpoint presentation because it will contain cues as to when people will be speaking etc. Make sure you have crap planned to say for your turn.

Also, if you CAN'T open the actual powerpoint (because I'm on a Mac and there might be Mac/PC errors or some crapola) I'll also send along a PDF of the slide show with the notes. Which sucks because you can't see all the perdy animation and effects I've added.

For any changes that need to be made, please post a message on the Blog or email me at laura.nicole@mac.com (emailing me might be better because my email app makes an annoying sound when I get an email so I'm likely to read it faster if you email me). But I won't be home from 6pm - 11:30pm cuz I'll be at work.

Don't send me changes at 1am or something rediculous because I will not see it and your "changes" will NOT be changed.

So deadline for "changes" is midnight I refuse to stay up really later to finish this project. Mostly because I hate this class.

OK. I'm starving. Going to go eat some lunch now I think.

I know y'all just NEEDED to know that last bit. It was so very vital.

Hi VJ

I have a favor to ask of you. you know that picture you have of the back of the the mp3. it hass all these little labels but nothing on them. I'm confused as to what some are. like one on the side of it.

Could you label them. because too me they look like black spots but if I knew what they are I can make them look like what they are.

Please and thank you.

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee ! -

Had to change the camera spot. XD

To Jesse

Hello Jesse,

The concept art is in the OLDER POSTS, I do not think that the new sketches will be any different than they were before, other than a few colour schemes. So I would say that you can begin modeling the MP3 player whenever you wish.

If you have any questions, contact through Facebook or by phone:

Too VJ -

Could you post it soon. I would like to get the concept art. :) I really have no clue what to do till I see it.

Details coming Soon

Hey Laura & Amanda,

I will be posting the sketches soon. Haven't had enough time to finish up on the sketches because of the.....you know what, Skate, Toy project, EAC150's dang Final assignment. Anywho, I will get on that; the sketching (colour tests etc) some more for the MP3 as soon as possible.

  • the design will remain as it is now. (maybe I'll change the button placement if necessary)
  • colour? yes the MP3 deserves to be "chrome"
  • it would be very nice to have a reflection for the mp3 as well as the logo-as Laura mentioned. (as I said I will be posting the sketches on tuesday or earlier, in order for Jesse to be able to model the MP3)
Thats all for now, I WILL be posting real soon, as soon as I am done with all the work from other classes.

Website reply ... so Amanda doesn't go crazy

Okie dokie. So, the color scheme of the one we're marketing is silver. No no no. Chrome. Sounds nicer. Name of the player? Si.Amplify. Distinguishing feature: erm. Take a look at the original sketch. I'm assuming it's still similar (who's designing this thing? Vijayant? A little help here. If you can post the sketch = awesome).

For the website, maybe something simple. Black, streamlined. Similar to Apple's iPod page only black instead of white.

Yes? Maybe a nice reflection on the logo.

Comments?

Website cont'd

Okay, so I need to know:

- Colour scheme of the MPS player itself (the main one we'll market)
- logo/name for the player (not "sound ideas")
- distinguishing feature
- distinguishing design elements/marks
